It has now been eight months since we launched our phone repair project, and it has proven to be an overwhelming success.
Our technician estimates we have provided somewhere in the region of £10,000 worth of repairs at no cost to the individual. Whether broken screens, water damage, faulty charging or simply network or line issues, our team will always do their utmost to resolve the issue.
In instances where the phone is beyond repair or just too costly, we are able to provide a replacement thanks to the generous donation we received earlier this year from The One Point and City Health Care Partnership CIC (Hull).
This service has demonstrated to be invaluable, and one we hope to be able to maintain, however it currently costs us approximately £100-£150 a month in parts and tools.
