It was a lively and positive atmosphere at the Grande-Synthe camp today, despite recent harassment from the police. With fresh food from Refugee Community Kitchen and hot tea and music from Care4Humanity, it was not long before a crowd formed and people were dancing. Days like this are so important to offer a break from the monotonous daily struggle these people are forced to endure.
