Back on the Ground

After a brief hiatus, we are pleased to report that our team is now back on the ground in the Dunkirk area.

With the risk of COVID-19 still high, we are sadly unable to return with our full range of services. Very few organisations are currently providing NFI (non-food items) so we have focused on the provision of essential equipment such as tents, sleeping bags and tarpaulins.

Today our team patrolled the area fulfilling requests made earlier in the week. Our unique online ordering system allows individuals to request the specific items they require and arrange a time and meeting point that is both convenient & safe for them. This system also prevents the gathering of large crowds and reduces risk of transmission.

We as an organisation and as individuals are extremely happy to be back in the field, supporting the community of people we care so much about and have grown so close to over these past three years.

We would like to thank our partner organisations on the ground for their hard work and support during these difficult times, Solidarity Border , Roots, Utopia 56, Collective Aid, L'Auberge des Migrants, Calais Food Collective.

In Solidarity. In Defiance.
