Back On The Ground

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for your overwhelming support following the loss of our home three weeks ago. We have been truly touched by the amount of individuals and organisations that have reached out to us offering help and condolences.

Less than a week after the fire, our team were back on the ground working at full capacity. Needless to say, we have temporarily suspended our power bank charging service while we create a new procedure than can do this safely with no risk to ourselves.

The recent sudden wave of hot weather creates a difficult situation for those living in tents, however it is a welcome relief from the usual cold nights and grey days.

Our team stay for long periods each day allowing people to come down to the distribution point and access our services and distributions at their own convenience. We bring gazebos to offer shade while people utilise the power and Wi-Fi, as well as water and dates for people to enjoy while they wait for the arrival of the incredible Refugee Community Kitchen.

Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts for all of your support throughout this difficult time.
